General Terms
No warranty on offers or valuations. Telemarketing and Text Message Terms of Service
This section supplements the General Terms above, specifically with regard to telemarketing and text messaging (SMS and MMS) from people who use this website. By providing your“prior express written consent” as outlined under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), you agree to receive phone calls — including those using artificial or pre-recorded voices, or automated dialing technology — and text/SMS messages from us. Providing your telephone number is not a requirement for accessing our services, requesting information, or receiving a cash offer.
Opting In
Upon opting in to receive text messages, you will receive a confirmation SMS verifying your subscription. We will continue to clearly identify ourselves in all messages, and your rights regarding managing message types and frequency remain applicable regardless of changes to sender ID or phone number.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. For questions about your specific text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Data Sharing and Cookies
Your opt-in data and consent for receiving text messages will not be shared with third parties, except technology partners directly involved in facilitating the telemarketing and text messaging program (i.e., sending and receiving SMS messages).
